OUR HISTORY
GGG Milestones

Origins
Genesee Global Group, Inc. was started as A&J tool company by Al Zillioux and Joe Caschette, two former Kodak tool and die department employees. The shop started in a chicken coop, and eventually a small shop in Upper Falls in 1953, followed by a move to more space on Maple Street in 1969, changing its name to Genesee Metal Stamping, Inc.

1978

Genesee Stamping and Fabrication
Genesee Expands into the Dallas, TX metroplex area, and opens a sister facility, Genesee Stamping and Fabrication.
Genesee Wester, Inc.
Genesee expands further into Westminster, Colorado with Genesee Wester, Inc.
1986
Genesee A&B
Genesee acquires and brands A&B Tool, Inc. into Genesee A&B in Old Hickory, Tennessee.
Ben Mer Mfg Acquisition
Genesee acquires Ben Mer Mfg, and expands into complex assemblies, as well as production welding and CNC machining.

Genesee Global Group Formed

Genesee Global Finishing
Genesee expands into wet and dry paint operations, as well as surface preparation capabilities by acquiring BMR Finishing and rebrands it as Genesee Global Finishing.
