We are pleased to announce, Genesee Global Group, a state-of-the-art assembly and sheet metal solutions provider in W. Henrietta, NY has recently acquired BMR Finishing, a premier paint and finishing company in nearby Chili, NY.
Genesee Global Group began the search for a finishing company shortly after the pandemic hit the US as a means to help combat long lead time issues that quickly began to consume the manufacturing industry. As you know, finishing processes are often the final step in the manufacturing process of complex assemblies, weldments and castings and we felt it necessary to coordinate the entire process in house in order to better serve our long-standing customers as well as forge new relationships with BMR existing customers.
The combined entity will have the ability to provide customers with even more paint and coating expertise by bringing together BMR’s high-quality and environmentally friendly coating capabilities with Genesee’s cutting-edge manufacturing technology. This new partnership will provide more robust product solutions and at the same time, new growth opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
